So I can't login to my twitter account, after updating my iDevices that I own, I can on the iPad but not on my iPhone and can't access it what so ever due to the fact it's registered with my old yahoo device and not my current one, any suggestions on what to do?

I'd like to help you, as clearly you are a very misguided individual. Start by forgetting about Twitter, you're probably not famous or interesting and no one gives a **** about your opinion.
