Twitter - Something is technically wrong

For the past 2 days when i go to twitter.com I get an error saying "Something is technically wrong." Anyone else having this issue ? I've tried different devices and even different internet connection, same problem. Very annoying

Only use it from my phone, and has been fine.

Tried on the website - fine too

maybe try ipconfig /flushdns / clearing IE cache etc

Twitter's always been rubbish, error messages galore all of the time.

Why does Twitter go down ten times more often than any other popular website? I can't remember the last time Google, BBC News or Facebook were unavailable. Every time I see the fail whale, I get the feeling it's still a distinctly amateurish operation.
