Hi,

Wondering if this is possible, either with MS Teams, Skype or Webex?

Where two people are on a call, one person is dealing with a customer, the other person is just listening in.

The trouble is, the listener can hear the person speaking to a customer, but the listener can't hear the customer? Is there anyway to send the mic channel as well as the computer channel (stereo mix?) at the same time on a call?

Yes, it’s called voice meter by vb audio.

it combines audio sources into a single stream that you then use as the audio input for your video meeting.

I used it to combine my digital piano sounds which comes in through an audio interface along with the voice audio from my usb webcam. Then in Skype I select the voice we’re output as my source for audio on the call. The other person on the call can then hear the piano being played and me talking.

it also has mixers to set levels.
Loads of info out there on it.
