Hi everyone. A quick technical question.
Last time, quite randomly, two devices in the house - an ageing laptop and a newish smart TV - fell off the wifi network and could not reconnect. Two other laptops remained connected and working well, four phones likewise. One hard-wired PC unaffected, router (BT Business Smarthub) seemingly working as normal, but I could see in the wireless network settings the TV and laptop were greyed out.
Any ideas why two separate devices could become disconnected in this way? I'm not aware of any service interruptions, BT support could find no history of an incident yesterday. Both devices reconnected after I rebooted the router.
Many thanks for any advice.
