Two faint streak lines down my screen, what to do?

Hey, well basicaly ive just noticed two sort of streak lines down my screen. Its nothing on the screen and is definitly either a problem with my graphics card or the screen its self but im insure how to further test or even fix. I gues the best way i could discribe them would be slightly more shaded/blury lines quite thin. They are very noticeable on dark backgrounds though.

Just relised i can plug my laptop into it ill check tomorrow. Do you recon i could get a replacement from benq being that it isn't like in your face ?

Aye, connecting your laptop to the monitor is the best test to do. If they are still there, then it is likely the monitor at fault. If they are not, then the PC graphics card is likely the issue (you can verify this by connecting the PC up to a different monitor, if you have one about).

I had a similar problem crop up on my old 2408WFP, Dell arranged a next-day replacement. Hopefully BenQ will do something similar if you do confirm that its the monitor which is the problem.
