Two greedy Italians

It did - you can't really go wrong - it's such a simple recipe. Did it with pasta and half the sauce as a starter then the meat as a main. Left it cooking about 2.5 hours and the meat was just falling off the ribs :)
 
Made the Ricotta dumplings last night. Again, so simple and came out delicious :)

The mrs is cooking the pork in honey and ginger tonight - having a bit of an Italian fest at the moment!
