gives you the option to disable crap, like quicktime, ctfmon, realplayer etc..

very handy for quickly cleaning up other people's machines without having to trawl through each entry (like you would with hijackthis)
also, this removes lame programs from your pc (lets you choose which ones go) like yahoo toolbars etc..
