outlook 2003
exchange 2003

i have a user that has taken on a new job role within the company

she has her own email mailbox on a laptop
and now has the mailbox used for 'trade and export' on her machine

both mailboxes show up fine

when disconnected from the network or using webmail she has access to all of her personal emails but not the ones from the 2nd account 'Export'

my goal is to get both mailboxes accessable when not connected to the network

how do i do this? im having a brain freeze on it

if she's going to owa.mydomain.com/exchange for her webmail, she can go to owa.mydomain.com/exchange/export for the export webmail (assuming the exchange alias is also "export")

She won't be able to see the 2ndary mailbox when disconnected from the network... workaround would be to set up a 2nd Outlook profile with Export as the primary mailbox (obviously she would have to open it and synchronize regularly to have the emails in cache)

i know - im not keen
i will advise on webmail and set up vpn - i wasnt keen on her filling her hard drive with two mailboxes and attachments anyway
