In case it's not for the machine in your sig, pretty much any GPU since PCI-E became the standard can run 2 monitors happily. If it's not for gaming, choose the cheapest GPU you can find with the right connectors for the screens you want to use - Nvidia GT210 / GT610, or AMD 5450 / 6450 look to be the cheapest cards you can still buy brand new.
