Hi,
I have two connections on my PC, an ethernet connection to the uni network ( I'm in halls ), and a T-mobile dongle. The internet at uni has problems all the time, and has so many things blocked it's unbelievable.
My dongle only has a limited use.
My question is, as uni block all kinds of poker along with other things, is it possible to have two connections running, using each for different things. So, can I play poker using the mobile broadband, whilst browsing the internet which will use the uni's ethernet connection?
I want to be able to use the programs that are blocked ( even anti virus updates are blocked ), whilst browsing the net? I play a few web based games and browse a lot, so I could really do with it not being on my mobile broadband, but i've often got other things that need running that won't work on the uni network.
Thanks
Steve
