Was at a car show yesterday (banzai @ Crail) and on the way home we decided to get some rolling pictures of my mates car, since i was the passenger i was taking the photos :)

I'm pleased with how they are, photobuckets compression has mucked them up a bit though.

The ones of the red car look good, looks like the perfect shutter speed used there, just as mentioned above the reds seem very bright in comparison to other colours.Perhaps some photoshopping needed here?

As for the panning shots, again you seem to have the nack for it, the thing I thought was perhaps they could be doing with being a bit tigher cropped in a few cases and also the horizon could do with levelling out. I used to upload my pics of aircraft to jetphotos.net and I was forever getting rejects for unlevel horizon!

Thanks guys, I was using the camera on AV mode all day, the 2 rolling shots were shot at 7.1 and the panning ones were generally 6.3 i think.

I think the problems with the reds is partly down to the compression and photobucket, and the fact he keeps his car so clean all the time haha, but yeah, it was a bright day and the shutter speed is relatively slow so all that might contribute to the blown out colours.

Edit: forgot to add, none of them have had any editing yet other than resizing.
