Two situations need pro opinions

1st situation: playing WoW on 1900*1280 with max settings
2nd: Playing WoW on 1900*1280 with max settings with 2 monitors

The cards i am debating between are
HD4670
HD4850
HD4870

(I am not a fan boy if there are better equivlent cost cards please reply )

I am pretty sure that for option 1 both the 4800s will run it and that both 48s would run the 2nd one two

my main question is, would a £60 4670 run WoW (low requirements if im right?) at that resolution and have another screen working two looking at having two 24s or maybe 2 22s

Any will be fine, WoW is almost 100% cpu, you can max the game on GeForce 7600. The 4670 should be able to run two no problem.

im not looking to overclock heavy so an AF7 is the cooler im buying
