I want to use Windows Vista Complete PC Backup to backup only the C drive, however, Vista says that both my C drive (Vista OS) and E drive (Programs) are System drives, and must backup both.

'bcdedit /enum all /v' reports that everything is on the C partition, so I am a little confused.

Can anyone help?

I've got two HDD's:

1 - C, D, E, F & G
2 - H

C & E are currently being seen as System disks by Complete PC Backup; however, in Computer Management>Disk Management only C is reported as being a System disk.

If your default Program Files folder is E:, try temporarily changing it to C:\Program Files while you do the backup.
Otherwise I guess it's working on the principle that there's no point having a backup of Windows, excluding the programs, so wants to back them up too.
