I am getting BSOD which seems to be due to my display drivers. When I tried to delete all the old drivers before getting the newest ones, DriverSweeper wouldn't let me delete the Nvidia directory on the C drive. Now I seem to have 2 versions of Nvidia Physx - how should I go about getting rid on the old one if this is the right thing to do?

The locations are:

C: > Nvidia > DisplayDriver > 191.07 > WinVista_Win7_64 > English > PhysX_9.09.0814_SystemSoftware

C: > Nvidia > DisplayDriver > 196.21 > WinVista_Win7_64 > English > PhysX_9.09.1112_SystemSoftware

I will probably sound like a noob, but cant you just go into the directory and manually delete them? If you keep getting early BSODs try it in safe mode.

C:/Nvidia is just the temporary directory used during installation. Can be safely deleted afterwards, as those files will not be in use (PhysX is installed within the 'program files' directory).

You won't have two different versions of PhysX installed - the installer either updates your existing installation if needed, or doesn't do anything if it detects a newer installation is already present. I'd imagine your BSOD is related to something else.
