Two VP930s in pivot mode?

Is anyone using two VP930s together?

I have one already and am thinking of adding another. I use it in portrait mode a lot. I'd like to know if the pivot software will work correctly when both screens are rotated 90 degrees into portrait mode, with the Windows desktop extended across the two screens. (I've found the supplied pivot software has several glitches.) Has anyone tried this?

Also do the rather large feet on the stands get in each others' way if two VP930s are close up side by side?

Two screens in pivot mode should be no problem for windows ... You can always use ultramon if you want more control.

Ultramon doesn't do rotation, according to the forums on their website.

did you manage to get this working? I was toying with the idea of two normal monitors both pivoted instead of a large widescreen.

Nope. I asked Viewsonic Europe if it would work and got the reply that it was none of their business as the pivot software (which they supply) is not of their making. And they had the cheek to add, in full patronising mode, that they hoped they had answered my question satisfactorily. So they heard from me to the effect that they had just lost themselves a customer.

So the monitors may be good but the customer service is the usual pile of feculent effluent.
