MSN messenger and Windows messenger run together I think, if not use trillian or some other client.

if you get the msn patch you can run as many as you want at once.

Its the polygamy option.

Very good plugin allows removal of adverts/winamp support/polygamy more than 1 account open at a time/removal of nudge & other things
