TX-NR7100 looks very-much like an Onkyo model number rather than Denon. Are you sure you meant Denon?
If we are talking Onkyo, I'm not so sure I'd hold my breath too long for a UK release (TX-NR7100). The company is going through some major financial pain. Onkyo Releases Final Fiscal 2021 Numbers and I Am Stunned - Strata-gee.com My guess is they're concentrating primarily on markets that are easiest to service. The US is more-or-less one one big sales territory with about 300,000,000 inhabitants but without the multiple language issues and no messy Brexit to deal with.
The 7100 might hit these shores, but if I was you I'd be looking at alternative products right now.

Shame about the fortunes of Onkyo. I've always rated them very highly.
My last two long term receivers have been Onkyo. In the same time frame I've had two Denons. Neither of which sounded as good as the Onkyo.

I have a Denon currently so when looking but this Onkyo looked a real good replacement with nice spec.

We can't really say either way. There's a lot going on behind the scenes regarding the survival of the company. It would be nice to think that the company can trade its way back to profit, but the retail channel and the consumers it serves can be a cruel master.

What about the Pioneer version, Aren't Pioneer & Onkyo part of the same firm now?
Still vapourware in Europe TTBOMK.
US Market: Despite press announcements and some presence at the CES and CEDIA shows in the US this year, Pioneer doesn't look to be shipping much (if any) of the announced new models. Best Buy US lists some of the 2019 X04 models, but the 2021 released VSX-LX305 7.2.2 amp with Dirac Live isn't listed and the 505 ($1499) is simply marked as sold out. Whether they ever had any is debateable. The products aren't even listed on Amazon.com either as direct sale stock or from 3rd party vendors.

Had my eye on this for most of the year. Doesn't look like it's going to reach anywhere in Europe to next year at the earliest.
Such a shame so I have been looking a the Denon AVC-X3700H as an alternative.
Found a couple of retailers offering it as a bundle with Monitor Audio Mass 5.1 Gen 2 AV, Q Acoustics 3010i or Bowers & Wilkins MT-50 speakers
Not what I had in mind originally but would a whole upgrade on my system that includes Canon Movie 75 speakers
