In my Brain...
I have my new components as bellow arriving tomorrow. The PSU should be fine with only one 6870, but I'm planning on adding a second 6870 in a couple of days and wondered if the psu will still handle it ok, or I will need to swap my psu :(

Crosshair IV Formula

Phenom II 1090T
Corsair XMS3 4GB
Asus 6870 OC
Corsair H50
Corsair TX 750W

Will be running two f3's and a sata dvdrw with 4x120 fans.

The closest I can get on the psu calculators is using cf 5850's giving me a required wattage of around 506 (no h50 option on the only one I found with a 1090t) way bellow what I need, but have also seen load power of cf6870's at 481w leaving only 250w for a very power hungry cpu!

Any thoughts?

6870s actually have VERY similar power consumption specs to a 5850, so using it as a substitute will provide very similar, altho not necessarily accurate results, for what the power consumption of a system with 6870s will be.

Regardless a TX750 will easily be able to handle a system with two 6870s.
