Any one have any clues to the above.

I have just changed to a newer Dell monitor and have my CCTV connected though a KVM HDMI extender, now all I get is that message on screen.

Google seems to up up negative!

So it worked with the old display but not the new? Can you temporarily put the old display back and confirm that it's still working?

When I was using HDMI IP senders to send Sky TV upstairs I'd occasionally get a similar message if the transmitter and receiver couldn't communicate. Switching them off and back on again usually fixed it.

The old display died, good thinking I've reset this one but the others in the loft will try that now :)
