The tycoon part hast been made yet, but Automation is going to be a car company tycoon game once its finished. Its probably worth making a note to take a look at it closer to the end of the year when the tycoon mode has a good amount done to it

Golf tycoon is one of the gems of my childhood, loved that game so much.
A lot of people hate on it but I really enjoy Sid Meiers Railroads! It's obviously outclassed depth wise by the traditional Railroad tycoon series but for a quick game it's really fun.
You know, Cities: Skylines, while not specifically a tycoon game might be a good option too as it will probably hit the same buttons.
