Tygon Clouding.... After only 2 weeks

Right guys up to now i have got a V3 Delta on the CPU, an XSPC RX120.1 & D5 with XSPC Res for now

Now the thing is it was all brand new and i flushed it all with deionised water water before use.

I added a silvercoil and 2-3 drops of PTnuke the the fresh deionised water.

Now i have noticed over the last week the tubing has clouded and i hate it....
The water in the res looks crystal clear but the tubing look clouded.

How can i get rid of the clouding ?

You can't once the tubing is cloudy, it's cloudy for life.

Which version of the Tygon is it as some Tygon tubing is specifically made not to cloud. Mines been in a loop for over a year and is still crystal clear.

R3606 contains a plasticiser so will cloud, although how long it takes seems to vary greatly and some don't seem to get ay clouding ata ll with it.

Buy some different tubing that prevents clouding.

Shot in the dark but maybe this is due to using De-ionised water rather than distilled water? Or a certain brand or batch of deionised water?

I thought thats what everybody uses ? Its tesco's branded...

Makes me wonder if i should put a dye in there now or get some clear thermochill pre-mixed liquid.

De-Ironised will cloud... You need Distilled water.

De-ironised simply has no irons... but still have impuritys such as normal water.

Distilled is 99.9% pure

Distilled is very similar to de ionised and also becomes ionised when run through the blocks..

This is the first time i have used water, PT nuke and kill coil and tbh im not impressed especially when tygon is so much more expensive compared to anything else.
But to be fair it is unmatched on its clarity but doesnt help if it doesnt stay like that for long.

Depends on what tygon you buy. R3606 contains plasticiser, other versions don't but are expensive.

Ah right.... i wouldnt have thought after 2 weeks tho.

Well im considering selling all my compression fittings and using 1/2" barbs with 7/16 tubing in a colour..

Ive got a PA120.4 now and need another PA120.2 for my TJ07 build.

Do you think 1 D5 would be enough for CPU block, GTX480 block, the above 2 rads a RX120.1 and maybe a motherboard block ?
