Heard a little bit about these proposed (impending?) changes that might make certain bike modifications illegal etc etc, most of what I've heard has been pretty scary - will we honestly all be forced to ride bikes with abs and no modifications; imagine the impact to businesses 
Luckily (for me at least) this helped clear it up, and whilst it still seems like people without a clue making decisions, it's nice (as a rider) to have a clearer pictures that doesn't just seem to be all doom and gloom (and pitchforks!).
