Has anyone heard anything with regards to Milton Keynes Wheels in Motion getting their totally hands-off alloy refurb machine line up yet?

Was shown the building phase by Tony and all looked very impressive, promised a 1 day turn around also including diamond cutting. Sort of thing I need from Jersey!

Would be interesting to see how long that engine last with said turbo kit, I'm presuming standard internals!

That's nigh on double the power.

I never see why you would want a turbo on a stock build thats rated for 500bhp (with supporting internal work)

Why not just get a 420bhp or even 350 and enjoy the lower boost threshold, especially a FWD platform. My DC2 with the GT28RS would have been an epic circuit/road car at the expense of peak power.

Non the less, good to see a fabrication build in the UK and a reasonable video explaining the steps - good old Hondata aswell.

Two of my front wheels are completely corroded. I blame the hand car wash guys with their super strong brick acid.

I've bought a set of 4 good condition oem alloys for £300. I'll replace my two corroded ones then sell each wheel separately, hopefully won't be too far off the 300. Cheaper than £290 refurb, least I'll have my alloys to sell on.

Realistically please guys :

What MPG can you get driven nicely? I'm all for a good spirited drive, but in the summer I sometimes am doing 50 miles combined trip to work and back.

Damn it. Rock and hard place.

If I could work out what my 220T did, then I'd probably look at the Honda figures and not be worried. However, my diesel has cost me £1600 in repairs in the last year..... thats a lot of vtec.
