I had a Magnex unsilenced cat back on mine, it was quite loud when giving it some but nice and deep, never raspy, but the purists said oh thats sooooo lame it's a magnex.
Hey ho lol.
With the standard backbox and reduced/removed mid silencer they always sound raspy and gash, best off getting a backbox also if you change the B pipe

Right guys it's about time I get some pictures up of the Jordan showing how it's changed in my ownership over the past 3 and half years.
So here's how it was when I brought it back in Feb 2010.
Then in Dec 2011 a very good friend of mine told me he was breaking his Jordan, which had a lot of mods I wanted. So a trip north was made and I started collecting parts
I've been a little busy over winter and finally got round to it... So the car has undergone a bit of a transformation, from this....

Ok next thing to get done was wind deflectors, small and subtle but I like them! Genuine Honda ones of course, rare as hens teeth these days.

Ok now for the update you're all interested in...
So i've never really been one for badges and decals but someone gave me this so thought why not..
Well what did you think, i'm not one to confuse people so thought i might as well get the kit to match
Well with the extra power some 'upgrades' were required, so out with the old....
And I manage to stumble accross these....
So figured i'd put them to good use and got them fitted
What we have here is a Votech high output supercharger running on the reduced pulley too an ACT prolite flywheel and 6 puck clutch with a rather special S4C. It's got the LSD fitted but been changed for a Kaaz LSD, the box was stripped, new bolts for the diff and resealed and put back together.
I've got to give a massive shout out to the guys at R-Motion, cant recoomend them enough, great work at a great price and 2 of the nicest blokes you're ever likely to meet.

Finally got round to fitting my 282mm front brake setup, i've had a couple of problems along the way but i finally got it fitted today on my 'extended' lunch break lol.
As I fitted most of this myself I dont have many pics of during the swap but here are the pics I do have
The old 262mm setup
Fully refurbed DC2 calipers and carriers
EBC Yellowstuff brake pads
MG ZS 2.5 V6 282mm Vented Front Discs
HEL Braided Brake Lines

So thats 228.6 WHP (which is approx 260-270bhp) and 150 lbft torque. The figures are what was roughly expected from the kit and the way it drives now is amazing. So fun to drive I cant thank Will at Race Dyno Tuning enough for the hours he put into this. If ever any of you want any sort of work doing definatly look him up

Ok next up was getting the suspension all setup correctly.
Anyway here are some pics of the front camber arms (Cyberspeeds):
And here is a pic of the rears (SPC, 2nd hand gave the threads a clean up and worked a treat):
I didn't get many photos of the swap and setup but here is what I do have,

So first off a new clutch, was struggling using the unsprung ACT daily so got hold of myself a new CC Stage 4, 6 puck sprung clutch
Next up got hold of myself some Tein bonnet dampers ages ago
The supercharger had some play in the shaft so got myself a new bearing kit for it from the states
Also the engine mounts were struggling, they got advised on the MOT the other week, anyway I got myself some Innovative billet aluminium 60a mounts
Also purchased this a while back, an EK9 brake master cylinder
And all flushed down with some RBF600 brake fluid
Final part purchased (literally turned up this week). One EK9 steering wheel, feels so much nicer to drive with
Heres a few pics of it taken at R-Motion of everything fitted

It was a tight fit, but we got it in
So there you go, nothing too exciting I suppose but the car is much much quieter now with the Walbro fitted. Think thats me for a good while now. Need to send it round the 'ring I reckon

Naturally I kept with the Y56 as I feel it works so well with the car and is unique
Anyway on to the photos.
Managed to get hold of some brand new genuine Rays stickers courtesy of a mate of mine.
The wheels off the car for a good clean and coat of sealant for easier cleaning in the future.
The finished product, not the best of photos of the wheels, gave the car clean in preparation for Trax and JAE.

Not been on track as of yet but I fully intend to when the weather improves in the new year now. Yeah I work in the parts department at the Honda dealer in Wolves (it has its perks)

Cheers mate, it's so much fun to drive and certainly gives a few people a shock. As you can probably tell it's took a while to get it how it is now, especially as I have a 5yr old son and home too. Hard work, long hours and lots of saving makes it all worth while
