there is a nice twisty road that goes there called zig zag road.
It is dreadful (for driving) - speed bumps, cyclists and hairpin/narrow corners.
It is my least favourite road in the area!

Castrol SRF IIRC.
The 8th gen spaceship Civic is arguably the best designed Civic generation, it still looks great and will be one of those retro cool cars in 20 years time, not a fan of the 9th gen find it ugly, but when you see it next to a lot of the bland euroboxes, your golfs, focus, a3's, astras etc, its almost a breath of fresh air.
I find that really hard to agree with - the 9th gen (hatch) is a dogs dinner.
Why comparing standard cars to sporty Type-R Civic?Well I agree its a mess, but the point I was making when I spot one amongst the miles and miles of dull white goods like this:

It's nice to see something with a different shape, styling and breaking connventions, I find it refreshing, hard to explain, the only shame is they could have made it look good by simply redoing the lights and some of the lines, add a bit of curve to it.
Got my glovebox organiser through the post today, great bit of kit!

Why comparing standard cars to sporty Type-R Civic?I saw a really nice MK7 in Red all cleaned up and polished today drying out in the sun. I would pick that MK7 anyday over the new civic and or the new Focus. I'm not a big fan of ford, but the new focus looks pretty nice even though IMO the concept of civic type-r was way nicer.
BTW, Why didn't Honda make a car looking exactly like the concept? They did it for the spaceship which looks how it looks and the 9th gen concept looked mint..
Edit;
Isn't this a bit too cheap? http://www.gumtree.com/p/honda/honda-civic-type-s-3-door-1.4-2011-11-reg-/1102708464
Who said I wanted fancy stuff?
Well, I don't like the 8th gen of civic's, when I saw the concept of the new 'CTR' I thought that honda made a nice looking civic. But the more I look at the actual 9th gen civic (bare bones and 'CTR') the more I don't like it. Isn't the new Focus RS more refreshing with their new technologies? Not mentioning the 4x4...I'm not talking about the CTR, i'm talking about the 9th gen in general, hence the mention of "9th gen" in my posts and not "CTR". If you like the Golf then that's your choice, IMO they look as interesting as my dishwasher, people always bang on about how dull Toyota's are, yet the last few Golf's look like anonymous 90's euroboxes.
Are you talking about the production costs or futuristic facelift version of this civic?As for the concept, it's not always feasible to put one straight to production, the moneymen probably had the last say on the new CTR back end.
What's the point in using fancy fluid in the clutch, not like it ever sees any heat or abuse of any kind?
