Typical upload amount?

Looking at how much data I've used, used 60gb download and have uploaded over 3gb

is that a normal amount, I've not actually uploaded anything other than a few email attachments

can 3gb be used mainly just from surfing/downloading?
 
What sort of time period is that over? A day, yes that's a lot. A week? Sure it's a decent amount but not unheard of if you watch a lot of online video such as Netflix or do a fair bit of downloading. Over a month? If anything that's probably under the average.
 
Do you have a mobile phone that automatically uploads photos taken to an online backup account whilst on wifi?

Ie, Google Photos, iCloud whatever.. that quickly saps up your data.
 
nahh I make sure that everything like that's turned off as much as I can, although that's what I was suspicious of as 3gb seemed a lot to me

the 3gb is from 1st feb 'til now so looks like there's nothing to worry about after all
