Approximately what percentage of its value does a card lose when it goes from new to 'nearly new'?

I know this is a vague and nebulous question and that the answer will vary significantly depending on specifics, but I've never bought a used GPU before and I'm curious. I tried to research myself but given the poor info provided by most sellers it was actually a bit tricky to figure out the exact models and what they would be worth new.

General comments on the used GPU market are also welcome.
 
Sounds like its less of a reduction than I was expecting. I guess with a GPU the value stays relatively high due to it being a component that sits in a box rather than something more personal like a phone - minor cosmetic damage etc doesn't really matter much.
