Tyranid Mod for DOW

Anyone using this? ive been trying to install it for ages and no matter what i do, i cannot seem to play them - ive installed each version up to 4.1 or something and all patches that appear to be enabled - boot Dawn of War Dark Crusade and the tyranids simply dont appear anywhere - either in skirmish or campaign mode - its getting on my boobs now.

Anyone had this problem and can give me any advice please?
 
Havent tried this yet, but it would be quite interesting to play as the Tyranids. The fact that they have no fear, let alone no morale problem means that they have to be fairly well balanced to bring a good element into the game. Imo Dark Crusade destroyed DoW.
 
PC Zone released it on their June cover disc - they have been raving about how good it is - although i have to agree that Dark Crusade was a step backwards - we need another wicked story line and missions not just, battle after battle against the Necrons becasue lets face it - they seem to be the last race standing on the battle map. I completed the whole campaign without fighting any other race! pathetic.

Still cant get the mod working.
 
There was a few things in Dark Crusade that I liked, particularly in respect to the Space Marines, such as on-the-move stealth whist shooting with the Scouts, and you could have 4 heavy weapons instead of just 2, also that there was less to get at the armoury as they had stacked 2 upgrades into 1. But the game itself was a bit rubbish when you compare it to the original Dawn of War, or even Winter Assault. Just no story line really at all, and it's just a case of 1v1 deathmatch for the majority.
