Anyone else following the release of this?

http://www.tyrannygame.com/

It finally has a date of November the 10th and is from the same team as Pillars of Eternity which managed to scratch the Baldurs Gate/Icewind Dale/Planescape itch that I had.

Pretty much a necessary purchase for me.

Yep I've been following it. Looking forward to it. I kickstarted Pillars but not got round to completing it yet! So many games are delaying me.

Anyone played this just released the other day - getting good reviews. £34.99 a tiny bit too much for me right now but its on my shopping list.

Literally JUST started with this. Pre-ordered direct from Paradox and aside from creating a character I have done nothing more.

Will await for this weekend.

Started it last night, after deciding to put Dishonored 2 aside until it's patched. Really enjoying it so far. I find the story more engaging than in Pillars of Eternity, and the same can be said of the characters you meet in the game world. I'm obviously not very far into the game so things could change, but my initial impression is that it's a very polished, immersive, isometric RPG.

Wow this is better than Pillars. The combat is more fluid, the story more interesting and there seems to be more polish in most of the aspects of the game, including graphics.

I've been looking into this, looks pretty good.

The only thing is I find it hard to get into singleplayer games like this these days :(

I remember NWN & DA:O well but anything since then hasn't really hooked me in.
I played Pillars for a few weekends and just got bored.

I've been watching some streams & youtube videos of people playing this, it looks fun but I think I would get bored.

This would normally be an instant purchase for me, but atm I can't really afford to pay full whack so maybe next week or a bit later. Definitely my next game though.

I am enjoying this game so far, but I'd definitely like to see some improvements in the combat, I find it hard to tell which of the people on screen are mine or not, like adding health bars to enemies or something.

Playing for the bad guys is definitely an interesting switch up, and having reputation and choices matter is interesting too.

According to Steam I have 12 hours played so far which is good, game cost me about £20 after the 25% cashback via cdkeys the other day.

Gotta admit I was expecting a bigger thread for this, is this any good? It's come on Steam weekly sale for £13.99. I'm currently not very far into Divinity: OS2 and not very far into POE. But from what I can tell £13.99 is a decent price for it(or does anyone think it will fall cheaper in the autumn or winter sales). Anyone care to share their thoughts?

Its a great game. Not quiet as good as POE (IMO, others like it more the POE) which I just finished before it, but still great and worth a buy if you like POE for that price it is worth it. Having said that, given its been out a while, I can't imagine it going up in price too much any more and even if it does, can be had on Keysites for a £10.
