Recently bought mark 4 Octavia, today I had a tyre pressure warning light come on, so I pulled out my Ring tyre inflator. Now, because the 12v socket is located in the boot, passenger side, the electric cable isn’t long enough to allow me to reach the drivers front tyre.
Can anyone recommend a decent alternative that can reach all four corners?

I had a similar problem with my van.
Its just an option, but a few bullet connectors, 2 x 1m length of 1mm solid core wire and some heat shrink, which all i had in my shed.
10 mins work and its been working fine on the occasional times i had to use it over the last 5 years.

It does, but no one uses the cigarette lighter in them, and most cars now have a USB port, so not even needed to convert it to one of those, so it kinda makes sense.

I've still got a fair amount of stuff which uses the 12V plug, not including the stuff which can run off USB. OK not all of it needs to be in the front but it is more handy that way.

Any recommendations for one that will do 45-50 psi? Or will most do it but take a life time?

45-50 PSI will push the cheaper ones, I saw Tyre Reviews advertising the Fanttik line recently and picked up the X9 Pro on Black Friday discount and it seems fairly decent and coped with up to 40 PSI fine (I've not tried higher) - though for 35+ you probably want one of the bigger models (depending on what you are trying to inflate).

It's for a tranny van. Usually have them at 47psi. I'm always up and down curbs and stick of going to the garage to top them up. The cold doesn't help either.

I'll check tham out, thanks

I've not tried beyond 40 PSI with the X9 Pro but other reviewers say it can do van/truck tyres up to approx. 65 PSI fine, though I found it was starting to slow down a bit beyond 35 PSI compared to my more powerful one (which sadly isn't available any more).
