Hello fellow pedalists

I've a question about tube sizes, as one of my bikes has a weird size. Weird to me anyway! It's a 2017 Cannondale Bad Boy 1.

The tyres are Schwalbe G-One Performance, 650x40c, folding, on Bad Boy C1, 650b, double wall rims. And it's making my brain hurt working out what inner tubes I need.

I've ordered some 27*1 3/8-1 3/4 tubes as they're about 35mm to 44mm. I think. But.

Not really sure what I'm doing tbh!

Any suggestions, please?

Thanks

650b is the same as 27.5". 27" is an old (hasn't been common since the 60s/70s really) size of road wheel. The whole system makes little sense, but you'd need (or at least be best off) with 650b tubes. Also depends on what valves you have - they come in presta and schraeder.

Deffo presta valves. I may just pull the tyre off and see if these fit :) What's the worse that could happen :o

They will fit but they're for a slightly larger wheel size so you need to be very careful when putting them in that you dont fold them over.
