Tyre Spec

Need 2 new front tyres for my Focus ST (225/40/18/92/Y) well I would like 4 new tyres ideally because I have 2 different tyres on the back at the minute (don't ask me, previous owner) but I'll get them next month when I can afford to.

Would like something with decent wet capability, since I imagine it ain't going to be sunny for a while.

Looking at:

- Goodyear Eagle F1's
- Conti SC2/3's
- Mich Pilot Sport 3's

Just after some opinions from people who might have them, cheers.

No experience of PS3s.

F1s are perhaps slightly better than CS3s in the wet, but CS3s are a really good all round tyre. You can't really go far wrong with either.

Don't waste your time with ContiSportContact2s, they're an old model
(Unless you're looking at SSR, which I hightly doubt)

They're all very capable tyres, with the CS3 being the best all-round performer.
Get whichever you can get the best deal on.

CS2 SSRs are an old model to now. I've had CS3 SSRs on for over 14 months now.

This. Loved my F1s, but very happy with my cs3s.
