It's starting to appear. I have access to all of Goodyear / Dunlops (and Fulda / Sava) results if you're interested in anything and other manufacturers are starting to release.

Interestingly, Michelin put out a press release stating their best winter tyres, the PA3 (which is the best on the market IMO) will at best be a CC, probably more like a CE due to it being a winter tyre.

A few days later at a tyre expo, a budget manufacturer said all its winter tyres are BB...

Unsurprisingly, the budget brands are printing what they like.
