Tysso barcode reader for invoice scanning

Hi,
Hopefully someone can assist with this.

I am trying to set up a Tysso USB barcode scanner to scan order numbers from packing lists into a spreadsheet.

I can scan almost all barcodes I have tried successfully but the barcodes with the order numbers do not register. The font I am using on the invoice is IDAutomationHC39M but I have also tried BarcodeFont.

For one set of orders the order num is 123-1234567-123 I have tried with * on either side. The other order number are simply 1234.

I have a book with the scanner and have been trying EAN, UPC, Code 39 but no joy with this :/

Any one experienced with this?

I'm more familiar with bar code generation in .net project. For bar code font, I think this site is a good one.

I just only heard IDAutomation fonts, but never used it. Or you can contact with their support manager.

Odd, looks like Code39 judging by the title of the font? Could be extended though which it might not like. Can't you just use a proper Code39 font?

Or, your printer is printing slightly blurry, making the barcode invalid.
