U2412M backlight bleeding

As per title guys, any one any experience of it? Its not horrendous but it is noticeable to me and I am fussy! Does it have a tendency to improve or get worse with use?

Mines very similar, brightness reduced to 35% now. I think i will probably keep it, might buy another 2560x1440 next year.

To be fair mine really isn't that bad so I never tried to send it back. I have seen a lot worse. It just grated on me at first as I am a bit like that. I am still looking to get another screen at some point though, I am missing 2560x1440 but the U2711's anti glare was too much for me to take in the end so I am thinking about the Asus alternative.
