Hi Guys, really hoping someone, anyone, might be able to give me some input here.
I bought a U2711 off someone on the forums about 4 months ago. My main reason was I wanted 1440p out of my MX17R3 using Display Port.
However I haven't been able to get this worrking yet. Just recently I have bought a second DP -> mini DP cable hoping it will work for this but no such luck.
So now when I plug my monitor into the new cable and the montor the laptop reports it working but i see nothing on the dell screen. Also and stranger! the UI settings buttons stop working on the dell, like the monitor has fozen up?!?!?!
Please any advice on what I can do to get this working?!
