UAC issue

I use a program called AltBinz for downloading from newsgroups and by default it installs to C:\Program Files (x86)\AltBinz and i then manually created two folders within it call 'nzb' and 'downloads'. When i try to download an nzb file and save it to C:\Program Files (x86)\AltBinz\nzb it says i do not have permission. Similarly if try and download files with Altbinz it cannot save the file(s) to C:\Program Files (x86)\AltBinz\downloads.

My account type is administrator but i have UAC enabled. If i disable UAC entirely then the above problems are resolved. Is there a way to get around these issues without having to disable UAC?

Or alternatively, just create the two save folders outside program files. Saving data in program files is seriously bad practice anyway.
