Ubisoft 2 factor authentication

Is there a way to turn this off without logging in? I'm stuck in a catch-22 situation, as i can't login to turn it off (since getting a new phone for some reason its generation the wrong codes), and as i can't login i can't live chat (which is incredibly retarded).

Did you not get any recovery codes when you first set two-factor authentication up?

This happened to me, and I had to dig out these codes (thankfully I'd saved them in a Word document), log in, disable two-factor authentication, confirm that, and then re-enable it. It's a right pain of a system!

You can contact support and verify your identity to get it disabled, the you can reenable it with your new code generator.

It's all OK, I posted on their facebook account and they responded in about 5 mins (on a lunchtime too :eek:

). I turned it off then on again (new phone). Don't know why I didn't have any recovery codes, I got an email this time.
