Got the Ubisoft pack at the weekend, and have been playing Call of Juarez so far.
Didn't have a Ubisoft account prior to playing CoJ, so I made one through the game. It asked me for a username, email and a password. Done. Been playing the single player fine but it times out when trying to join a server, but that's a different issue.
Now I've come to start playing Rainbow Six Vegas2 and so I tried putting in the same username and password as I've been using for CoJ. No. Username or password WRONG.
So I try going on to the Ubisoft website, 'cos maybe I need to make a full account on there or upgrade my CoJ one, or something.
Ubisoft won't let me make an account because the username is taken. Well yes, I made it the other day on CoJ.
So I try logging into my account on the Ubisoft site. Nope. Username or password WRONG.
So I try recovering my password, just in case. Enter my email address in and then it asks me for my Date of Birth. CoJ didn't make me enter my DoB... so I can't recover my password.
I also cannot ask them a question in the Support section because you require an account.
There is no live chat thing on their site.
There is no Support email address to use.
Please help!
