Ubisoft hack?

Just received an email stating that my Ubisoft account had been logged in from Egypt - suspected it was a phishing attempt; but it was genuine - and turns out that there had been login attempts over the last 9 hours from all over the world.

Not sure if this is a new hack of Ubisoft, or just an old one and they've only just got around to using my credentials - anyway, password changed and 2FA enabled.

I had my Uplay account hacked from Russia a year or so back. Name was changed to "Comrad Maksim" but the language remained English. I suggest you get onto Ubisoft live chat ASAP if possible, they reinstated mine after speaking to them. Do you have 2 Factor Authentication? I didn't prior, but do now.

Doesn't seem like anything was changed in my account, I had no 2FA set up on it - as it's a really old account, and I'm pretty sure 2FA wasn't a thing when I created it many moons ago. I have it set now, and I had no payment details or anything linked, so I expect it'll be ok.
