This Snowdrop engine showcase is impressive, but it's worth bearing in mind that we're seeing it in a highly controlled setting. The real proof will be when it's dealing with multiple players running around the game's post-disaster world, shooting up billboards and abandoned police cars for the sheer hell of it.

It will make it's debut on Clancy's upcoming 'The Division', colour me impressed.

Seen it all before tbh, doubt the actual game will look anywhere near as good.

A lot of the data layers significantly reminded me of Watchdogs, it appears to be one of the logical steps in the progression of such engines. They are both Ubisoft and I thought watchdogs the second I saw it, but they both claim different engines. Could the WD engine be a base for this one? I'd like to think so.
Graphically yeah its nice. If they get volumetric particle effects like they are showing, in a real time environment, effected by stuff around it, light wind etc, without bringing your machine to 1fps then I will be happy.

Looks very impressive and I have not been a fan of Tom Clancy games but going by this vid, I will be on board. Nice find Tommy.

Yeah well, get used to it. Unfortunately DirectX is still the flavour of the month on Xbox One. That doesn't mean ports will be half baked like they used to be. Not that many people will notice given the general quality will improve over the next year given the better memory on the new boxes.

I watched this at E3 and thought it looked pretty impressive. Just a shame it wasn't used for Black Flag or Watch Dogs.

Far cry 3 was ok in the end, shame it took them an absolute age to sort out the multi card issues.

You should all check out the latest witcher 3 gameplay footage trailer too, absolutely jaw dropping. Also cdpr are positively pro-pc so expect the works.

I loved the Watch Dogs demo and it does look good but does lack that certain something IMO. I will be getting it though, as it looks like a game I will enjoy.

been keeping an eye on this every since, people put pressure on Ubisoft to build a PC Version..
seen all this before though with Killzone etc.
im interested in seeing actual in game (i know E3 showed some) and what specs this will require
