Ubisoft's The Crew - free?

About 20 minutes ago I received an email from Ubisoft confirming my purchase of The Crew... except I didn't purchase it.

The email appears to be legit - the links all go to the correct pages, and when I look in Uplay, it does appear that I own the game.

I have no payment methods on my account, so I can't have been charged for it.

So... my only thoughts are:

They're giving it away for free (doesn't appear that way since it's still £24.99 in the uplay shop.)

Someone's accessed my account and bought it somehow? (very kind of them unlikely, but I've changed my password just in case)

The person in the USA who keeps using my gmail address for things thinking it's theirs has bought it and put my gmail address in by mistake

Something's gone wrong somewhere and it's been added to my account by mistake.

Anyone else had a free game from Ubisoft tonight?

It's the trial version in your library. Not the full version.

Definitely looks like the full version

So... is it any good? I'm not the biggest fan of racing games, but I dont mind a blast on NFS now and then

Well... I raised a ticket with Ubisoft, they've confirmed it's the full version - they can't see where it's come from, but I can keep it Bizarre...
