Afternoon guys.

After spending hours upon hours last night trying this out for the first time i can safetly say i love it. Although im now having a few issues  sods law i guess.

I was just woundering if anyone could help?

Here goes...

Im running a dual screen set up, 19"tft and a 32" HDTV. 19" is my PC screen and i only use the TV for video files etc. The problem is...

On my monitor i can only hear the sound of my movie files. This is using the built in media player with the correct codecs also using VLC. It did work at one point fine. But i tried to update my drivers to allow my TV to be used as a second screen (at the moment its just mirroring) but now its not doing so.....Although on the mirroring TV it is showing the Video fine but still on the monitor it isnt. Maybe refresh rates? i really have no idea.

Secondly. i need to get the dual monitor system running as at the moment it isnt.

Can anyone help please?

The trials and tribulations of dual monitors :)

Firstly, what graphics are you running and have you installed the correct restricted drivers?

Lately I'm a big fan of Envy. It's a Python GUI script that automatically installs restricted drivers. I find that it works perfectly almost every time. Try it out if you like. It's particularly rookie friendly. :)

I have the Radeon 9200se. going to try some drivers from the ATI site now.

Ouch, good luck.

Didn't realise it had dual outputs?

EDIT: And would also recommend trying Envy :)
