Ubuntu SSH, How do I get process back?

So, I'm hosting a game server on my VPS, which works fine, but I closed the PuTTY and now I can't see the output of the process. Is there any way for me to see the output again when I reconnect?

I've tried searching Google, but I'm not sure how to word what I'm looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
