Ubuntu Wireless Network

Hi Guys,

Cant find an answer on google, well I don't know what I am going for really. When I log into my laptop i get a 'unlock key ring' prompt which i need to type in a password to, once this is done it connects to my wireless network.

Is there away to skip this prompt as my missus doesnt know this password and cant use the internet without it!.

I had this issue on a laptop installed with Fedora, I assume this should work for Ubuntu too..

what version of Ubuntu you using?

8.10 32 bit, i shall try the pam stuff when i get home thanks for the replys guys :-)

When you unlock it are you telling it to remember always??

Didnt work

, it now doesnt seem to store my network password and if i ask it to save it, i get prompted for a keyring password to save it =(! any ideas guys ?
