Hey guys,

So i'll just briefly explain my setup.

1x SSD for OS
2x 1tb storage drives (for dxtory)

Now i have had the storage drives in Stripe RAID via windows. Which seems to work fine for Dxtory. But every so often the raid status fails, so i have to wipe the drive and start again.

I'd like to use the hardware raid in the bios, but the system doesn't boot because the boot drive isn't in raid.

So am i right in thinking that i can only raid the secondary drives if the primary (ssd) is also in raid say with another vector SSD?

i have my SSD as my boot drive and 2 x 1TB drives (striped) with a D3H. just make sure you have the correct boot order set too!!!
