UD5 bios update question

I have just updated my bios to F7.

All went fine, but just 1 question.

My 2 HDD's seem to have changed locations in the bios.

My Crucial SSD is showing at 0 Master, and my Samsung F3 is showing at 0 Slave.

Before the bios update they were showing at 0 Master and 1 Master respectively.

I have 3 drives in total, with all 3 plugged into the blue sockets nearest the motherboard.

Have I done something wrong, seems strange to me that this has happened?

Will the performance take a hit like this, should I change them to a different sata socket?
