UEFA Champions & Europa League Football Thread ** spoilers ** [15th - 17th February 2022]

Why did BT choose not to run the game. More people would tune in to a United game vs Brighton than City in the champions league.

Rashford and Pogba benched.

They're not allowed to broadcast it. The PL had to get special permission from UEFA just to be able to schedule League games on the same night as a CL game. There's not a chance that UEFA would then allow the game to be broadcast, at the detriment to their own competition. The same applies to the Liverpool - Leeds game next midweek.

So how come the American channels can broadcast it?

Interesting that Pogba is benched. Rashford being benched is the right call but I would have benched Ronaldo if we didn't have no other strikers available.

United giving Brighton a false sense of security with 14% of possession. Got them right where we want them.

Chuck AWB back in and this is the same dross squad at the back and midfield we've had for years. I don't expect anything to change as long as the personnel are the same.
