Seeding

The teams with the five highest coefficients in each route – this applies to both League and Champions – will be seeded and drawn against the other five teams in that route. The seeding pots will be confirmed on Friday morning.

Ties will be played on 18/19 and 25/26 August, the ten winners joining the 22 clubs automatically qualified for the group stage.

Marvellous stuff by West Ham :D welcome to the Bilic era, can't even beat the dross of Europe :D

Genuinely think they will be a good shout to go down this year, very poor decision getting rid of Alardyce.

That's weird, I thought Shakhtar were seeded and Lazio unseeded.

Either way, Brugge would be the easiest I think, then Rapid. I'd like to avoid CSKA because it'll no doubt mean playing on some nasty pitch with no fans.

Southampton have made it to the draw whilst Liverpool and Tottenham have a bye to the group stage.

Manchester United have been drawn against Bruges in the Champions League play-offs - with the first leg at Old Trafford.

Nice. :p

(Now we'll lose)

Lovely. There were a few teams we could have ended up with that would have been a stiff challenge but brugge should be ok.

Celtic v Malmo
Manchester United v Club Brugge
Southampton v Midtjylland

Should all get through.

I'm a Celtic fan and this could be a tricky tie for us. We don't travel well and we've not started the season particularly well although it has just started.
