It is not like they give non league men pundit jobs either because that is the level the women play at if that.

Well it's not is it, they play/played at literally the highest level of their sport. You could argue about the quality being akin to non-league but it's not a reflection on how well they do as a pundit.

Who knows, but it's certainly not because they wouldn't be good on the job. The main takeaway is that the current crop of men are not there on merit.

I imagine Chilwell wasn't going to play anyway so no big loss, but who comes in for Mount? Henderson would be my first choice if he's fit, Grealish is a shout too but I doubt Southgate will go that attacking.
